What you send
The URL, a screenshot of the phone width if you have one, and which browser. If the site is behind a login, send the HTML and CSS file instead. Do not send a password in the checkout form.

You get the changed CSS and a note of which width we checked. We cannot open a site that blocks automated reads. In that case we work from the file you send, or we refund.
